Who is responsible for your data
D-Legacy S.A.S., an Ecuadorian company based in Quito, runs the Daleki Global brand and this site. For anything related to personal data, write to dalekiglobal@gmail.com or call +593 99 785 4652.
This policy covers dalekiglobal.com only. Each group company has its own site and its own policy.
What data we process and why
Contact form: your name, email, phone and company if you share them, your interest and your message. We use them only to reply and follow up on the conversation you started. Legal basis: your consent and the steps you ask us to take (LOPDP, art. 7).
Newsletter: your email, language, the page you subscribed from, the date and the version of the text you accepted. We use them to send you blog articles and group news. Legal basis: your express consent, given by ticking a box that is never pre-ticked.
AI assistant: the text of the questions you type. It is used only to generate the answer at that moment; we don't store conversations. Legal basis: your consent when you use it.
Admin panel access: email and session cookies of authorized team members.
Technical logs: when you visit, the hosting provider processes data such as your IP address and browser to serve pages and protect the site. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
We don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include it in the form or the assistant.
AI assistant and automated decisions
The assistant's answers are generated automatically by a language model from this site's public information. They may contain mistakes and create no commitments. We don't make automated decisions with legal effects on you and we don't build profiles.
Providers that process data on our behalf
We use providers that process data only to deliver their service to us, under their data protection terms: Vercel (hosting, United States), Supabase (database and admin access, servers in Canada), OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (AI assistant, United States), Resend (newsletter delivery and internal new-message alerts, United States) and Google (Gmail, the inbox where we receive those alerts and reply). Blog images are generated with fal.ai without personal data.
This means your data is processed outside Ecuador. We only do so with providers that offer contractual safeguards and security measures, and only for the purposes in this policy.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, that conversation is also subject to the policies of WhatsApp (Meta) or Google, which you choose to use.
We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Form messages: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Newsletter: while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email, the unsubscribe date and the evidence of your consent, so we never write again and can show we respected your choice.
Assistant conversations: not stored in our database.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification and update, deletion, objection, portability and suspension of processing, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (LOPDP, arts. 13 to 20). You can also withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without retroactive effect.
Write to dalekiglobal@gmail.com with your name, ID number and what you need. We reply within 10 business days. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email: it takes effect as soon as we receive it.
If you feel we didn't handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS. The database enforces row-level access policies: the public can't read messages or subscribers, and the admin panel requires a sign-in link sent to authorized emails. Service keys never reach the browser.
If a breach put your data at risk, we would notify the authority and the people affected within the legal deadlines.
Minors
This site is aimed at adults: investors, partners and companies. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 15.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process your data changes, we'll update this page and its date. If the change affects what you consented to, we'll ask again.
